Welcome to Press Ready DTF. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services that provide printed direct-to-film (DTF) transfers for heat pressing (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who we are

“Press Ready DTF” ( “we,” “us,” or “our” ) provides custom-printed DTF transfer graphics made to your specifications. Contact: prd@artisticinvasion.com.

2) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.

  • If you create an account, you’re responsible for safeguarding your login and all activity under it. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

3) Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Custom production: All items are produced to order from files you upload or approve.

  • Quotes & pricing: Prices, fees, and promotions may change at any time before order acceptance. Taxes, shipping, and rush fees may apply.

  • Payment is due at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, file issues, material constraints).

  • Proofs (if provided) must be reviewed carefully—your approval authorizes us to print as shown.

4) Artwork & content you provide

  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all artwork/content you submit and that it does not infringe, defame, or violate any law or third-party rights.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submitted content as reasonably necessary to produce, deliver, and support your order.

  • We may refuse designs that include illegal, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.

5) Color, materials & application

  • Color expectations: Screens and devices vary; exact color matching is not guaranteed without a paid hard-proof and approved targets.

  • Fabric compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring transfers are appropriate for your garment/fabric and intended use.

  • Test press required: Always test on the same fabric blend you’ll use for production garments before a full run.

  • Press variables (temperature, pressure, time, humidity, pre-treats, dye-migration, post-cure/wash) are outside our control and can materially affect results.

6) Shipping, risk of loss & title

  • We ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Delivery dates are estimates; carriers or weather may cause delays.

  • Inspect packages at delivery and keep all materials/photos if there is damage.

7) Returns, refunds & remedies

Because DTF transfers are custom consumables, all sales are final except as described in our Return & Refund Policy (defects, shipping damage, or shop error reported on time). If a claim is approved, our remedy is reprint of the affected portion or store credit, at our discretion. Cash refunds are uncommon due to the custom nature of the product.

8) Intellectual property

  • Our website, trademarks, logos, product photos, templates, and other materials are our intellectual property or that of our licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

  • You may not remove proprietary notices or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate any law/regulation.

  • Upload malicious code or interfere with site security or operations.

  • Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass technical limits.

  • Use automated scraping/crawling except as permitted by robots.txt or our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL DTF TRANSFERS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, exact color matching, or performance on your fabrics/equipment.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Indirect damages excluded: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, downtime, or garment costs).

  • Cap: Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected DTF transfers.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions/limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Press Ready DTF and our owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, costs, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) content/artwork you provide; (b) your use of the Services or products; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) infringement or alleged infringement caused by your materials or instructions.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy (how we collect, use, and share information). If not posted yet, request a copy at prd@artisticinvasion.com.

14) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason or no reason, including suspected misuse or non-payment. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) survive termination.

16) Governing law; venue; dispute resolution

  • Governing law: The laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

  • Venue: State or federal courts located in Madison County, Indiana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

  • Informal resolution: Before filing suit, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes by emailing prd@artisticinvasion.com and allowing 15 days for response.

  • If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

(If you prefer binding arbitration instead of court proceedings, tell me and I’ll swap in a standard small-business arbitration clause with class-action waiver.)

17) Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, labor disputes, supply shortages, carrier failures, pandemics, power outages).

18) Communications & e-sign

You consent to receive electronic communications related to your orders and these Terms. Approvals provided via the website/email constitute electronic signatures under applicable law.

19) Entire agreement

These Terms (plus any written quote, invoice, approved proof, and the Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior communications on the subject.
