Shipping policy

We ship custom direct-to-film (DTF) transfers throughout the U.S. (and select international locations). This page explains production timelines, carriers, tracking, damage/loss procedures, and what to expect at delivery.
1) Production (Fulfillment) Time
DTF transfers are made to order. Production begins after successful payment and usable files are received.

Standard production: 1–3 business days

Rush production: Same day or next business day when the rush option is available and the order/art is approved before 12:00 PM ET

Complex or high-volume orders may require additional time; we’ll notify you if so.

2) Carriers & Methods
We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx based on speed, destination, and package size.
Common options shown at checkout:

Economy/Ground (most affordable; estimated 2–7 business days in transit)

Expedited (e.g., 2-Day, Next-Day where available)
Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions can affect transit times.
3) Packaging

Rolls & larger sheets: shipped in rigid mailing tubes to protect edges.

Small sheets/decals: shipped flat with protective boards where appropriate.
Please open tubes carefully and avoid cutting into the film.
4) Order Cutoff & Address Changes

Orders approved after 12:00 PM ET typically begin production the next business day.

Address changes are possible until the label is created. After shipment, carrier reroute fees (if available) are the customer’s responsibility.
5) Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking email when your label is created.

Mark “delivered” by the carrier but not received? First check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.
To reduce porch theft, consider signature confirmation or shipping to a staffed address.
6) Shipping Rates & Taxes

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, destination, and service level.

Sales tax is applied where required by law.

International: Duties/VAT/import fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in our charges.
7) International Shipping (If Enabled)
We ship DTF transfers to select countries. Customs processing may add time. All international duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue merchandise.
8) Late, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Damage in Transit

Photograph the tube/box and contents immediately and email prd@artisticinvasion.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number.

Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
Lost in Transit (never delivered)

Domestic: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days.

International: Contact us after 20 business days without movement.
We’ll assist with a carrier trace and, if confirmed lost, arrange a reprint and reship of the affected items.
Marked Delivered but Not Received (possible theft/misdelivery)

Notify us within 3 business days of the “delivered” scan after checking locally.

Carrier GPS scans and local postmasters can help locate misdeliveries; however, porch theft is not covered by our policy. Consider filing a police report and/or a claim with your homeowner’s/parcel-protection service if applicable.
9) Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor actions, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Rush fees for production are non-refundable once work has begun.
10) Split Shipments & Backorders

We may ship items separately to meet timelines; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

If a material backorder affects your order, we’ll contact you with options (lead-time, substitutions, or partial shipments).
11) Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned as undeliverable (bad address, refusal, unclaimed) can be resent after we receive them back; reship charges apply. Custom items are not refundable in these cases.
12) Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier pickup. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report issues promptly per Sections 8–11.
