These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Our services include the provision of high-quality custom direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, which are made to order. It is essential to understand that all sales are final due to the customized nature of our products. We do not accept returns or refunds for application errors, artwork issues, or color expectations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their artwork is “press-ready” before submission.

Production of DTF transfers begins only after successful payment and receipt of usable files. The standard production time is between 1 to 3 business days, while rush production options may be available for urgent orders. It is important to note that complex or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

We utilize various carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, to deliver our products. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, peak seasons, and carrier disruptions. Customers are encouraged to track their shipments and report any issues promptly.

In the event of damage during transit, customers must photograph the packaging and contents immediately and report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution. For lost packages, customers should contact us if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days for domestic shipments or 20 business days for international shipments.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service periodically. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
