Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Because all of our products are custom printed DTF transfers, every order is made to order.

  • Standard production time is typically 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or large orders, production may take 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed starting the next business day.

Once your order has been printed, cured, and packed, it will be handed off to the carrier and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship via major carriers such as USPS and UPS (and occasionally other carriers for special shipments).
The available options at checkout may include:

  • Standard / Economy Shipping

  • Expedited / Priority Shipping

The exact options and prices you see at checkout are based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout in real time based on carrier rates.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for your region (if/when applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

If we offer free shipping promotions or thresholds (for example, free shipping over a certain cart total), those details will be clearly displayed on the site and/or at checkout.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped (after production):

Standard / Economy 3–7 business days
Expedited / Priority 1–3 business days

*These are carrier estimates only and do not include our production time. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can impact actual delivery.


5. Shipping Area

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • For any special shipping requests (bulk, freight, or potential international orders), please contact us before placing your order at dtfdale@gmail.com.


6. PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • We may be able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and DPO addresses when using USPS services.

  • If a shipping method incompatible with these addresses is selected, we may contact you to adjust the method, which could affect shipping time.


7. Tracking Your Order

  • When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation after the typical production window, please reach out to us.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed or Lost in Transit
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, transit times are unfortunately outside of our control. If your package appears to be delayed or lost:

  1. Check the tracking link for updates.

  2. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If you still need help, email us at dtfdale@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist with a claim or investigation.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at dtfdale@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged items.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, arrange for a reprint or replacement.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at dtfdale@gmail.com.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.


10. Returns Related to Shipping

Because our products are custom printed DTF transfers, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not located at the address

11. Changes to This Policy

Press Ready DTF may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
